We completely understand how eager you are to see your wedding memories — and we're just as excited to share them with you! Please know that we are working diligently on every gallery in the order events were shot. The exact delivery timeframe is outlined in your contract, which varies based on the time of year: during slower seasons, delivery can take up to 90 days, while peak season contracts may allow up to 210 days.
You can check the status of your photo and video at any time by visiting www.khortonphotography.com and clicking the Status tab ( top right corner or click the blue words). Please note that photo and video are delivered together, and we do not skip ahead — everything is edited in chronological order. If you're interested in expedited editing, we do offer that option via subcontracting, and more information can be found on the status page.
We kindly ask that you do not reach out for updates, even if your status hasn't changed in a while. Please only contact us if:

Your contracted timeframe has passed, or

Your names have disappeared from both the photo and video lists.
